What is Golfclub4less.com's policy on privacy?
Your privacy is a very sensitive subject for us and we take it very seriously. So our privacy policy at Golfclub4less.com is as follows: We reserve the right to share ONLY demographic information with our affiliates and advertising partners. We do have manufacturers and/or suppliers that assist us with fulfillment and shipping in certain categories, and in those cases those companies receive a name and shipping address so that they can process and ship orders properly. However, they are not allowed to share our customer information with any third party.

What type of information is kept?
If you register with Golfclub4less.com!, we ask that you register as a new user, and to establish a username and password so that you can access that information if you ever wish to modify it. For security purposes, we ask some questions that are unique, and only you will know. Other questions are optional, such as how old our users are and how they heard about Golfclub4less.com.

Security Policy
We use state-of-the-art Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption technology to protect your personal information. The only time you are required to sign on our site is when you are making a purchase. On the Checkout page, you will be asked to access your existing account or create a new one. Existing account holders are prompted for their ID and password. This password is for your protection. Returns
Golfclub4less.com stands behind every item we sell. We are committed to having happy customers that not only can't wait to shop again but go out and tell their friends about Golfclub4less.com That's why we offer a No Questions Asked Return Policy. In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your product simply return it within 30 day. Upon return and receipt of the product, we will exchange, refund, or credit the item, less appropriate adjustments for Yahoo! Shopping, credit card fees, and shipping and handling charges (approximately 8%-10% of the purchase price).

Items returned must be accompanied by the original packaging and materials. Items must be in NEW and UNUSED condition. All returns will be inspected prior to credit being issued. Credit will be issued for the purchase price of the item(s) returned (Must be within 30 days of purchase). Golfclub4less.com reserves the right to access a restocking charge on all closeout items and items not normally stocked. Special Order items and Custom Orders are not returnable. Manufacturer Warranties still apply to custom and special ordered items.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS-- The customer is responsible for any additional duty, taxes, brokerage fees and insurance fees that may be assessed for returned items shipped internationally. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer for warranty replacements. The customer is also responsible for any duty, tax or brokerage fees and insurance for replacements. Closeouts, custom orders or demo items are not returnable either domestically or internationally.

If you should need to return an item contact Golfclub4less.com by phone or E-Mail and request a RGA (Returned Goods Authorization) number. Returned items MUST have the RGA number written BOLDLY on the box of the returned item. Return shipping charges are your responsibility. We recommend that you insure the item when shipping. All items returned must be in new and unused condition.

CLOSEOUTS, CUSTOM ORDERS AND DEMO ITEMS are not returnable. SPECIAL ORDER items that are not regular in stock items are also not returnable.

CANCELLATION OF ORDERS-- All canceled orders must be in writing. If item(s) have already shipped and customer chooses to canceled the order, then our standard restocking fee will apply. NOTE: All custom orders can not be canceled.

Golfclub4less.com reserves the right to cancel an order or to issue a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) for merchandise that is advertised in error, is unexpectedly out of stock, does not conform to specifications, or was shipped in error. Golfclub4less.com will also cancel an order if it is deemed to be made in bad faith or for which we were unable to verify billing information with the credit card's issuing bank.

As a leading retailer, Golfclub4less.com uses its purchasing power and strong relationships with top distributors/suppliers to bring you low prices. Prices advertised in e-mail promotions are valid for 5 days from the date of issue.

Golfclub4less.com makes every effort to maintain 100% system availability, except during scheduled maintenance periods. Should we experience technical difficulties, Golfclub4less.com is not responsible for orders that are not processed or accepted.

Shipping Method Selection
Please select correct shipping option. Only select "Commercial" option if your order is being shipped to a business address and not your place of residence. Our relationship is hurt with our shipping partners when improper shipping options are selected.

Rates and Carriers
Golfclub4less.com negotiates the best possible shipping and handling prices for our customers. To support our customers' shipping needs we work with the premium carriers (UPS, DHL and FedEx) with Next Day, 2nd Day and Standard Delivery options available for most items. 

Delivery times are stated in business days, and do not include order processing times of 1 to 2 business day (for most orders).

Next Day - Delivered the next business day by 5PM
2nd Day -  Delivered by the 2nd business day by 5PM
Standard - Routinely delivered within 3-5 business days

We frequently offer shipping promotions; please check the product page for current options and pricing. 

All shipping prices are quoted in U.S. dollars. C.O.D. orders cannot be accepted. 

We DO NOT accept any FPO/APO addresses.



NEW INTERNATIONAL ORDERS 
International customers will be responsible for payment of any applicable duties at the time an order arrives at its destination.
